The spaces of Il Porticciolo are distributed over 4 floors: at the highest point, the most panoramic, there is the indoor swimming pool and the SPA, recently renovated (2021); on the second and third floors there are 11 rooms and junior suites, all with a private balcony overlooking the lake; the lower level is intended for the two restaurants - La Tavola, 1 Michelin Star and l'Osteria -, the breakfast room and the cantilevered outdoor terrace, with a pier for mooring boats. The 11 deluxe rooms and junior suites – from 25 to 55 m2 – are among the most spacious in the area. The philosophy has always been to recreate a homely, warm and welcoming atmosphere, without ever diverting attention from the lake which moves slowly and placidly beyond the large windows.
